The Firm
Registered in Nigeria. Built for decisions that cross borders.
Eagle Eye Strategy operates as an international advisory team with its legal seat in Nigeria. We work with operators, investors and institutions who need grounded reading of commercial and political reality — not recycled slideware.
What we are
EAGLE EYE STRATEGY LIMITED is organised around a written objects of memorandum — not a marketing menu. The core advisory lines are business consultancy, investment advisory, market research and corporate management. The same instrument also covers project and technical work, trade and supply chain, asset interests, and commercial exchange.
We keep the firm intentionally lean. There is no staged leadership page, no invented street address, and no fabricated case-study scoreboard. Clients engage us for the quality of the work product and the honesty of the constraints we surface.
Where we focus
Nigeria is the primary theatre: Lagos as the commercial hub, with coverage into federal policy, state-level operating conditions, and sector dynamics that move faster than published guidance. West African questions that connect to Nigerian capital, supply chains or regulation are within scope when the brief is clear.
The team brings experience across multiple jurisdictions. That mix is deliberate — local operating questions benefit from outside pattern recognition, and international capital benefits from people who can translate what the ground actually looks like.

Operating posture
What we will not do
-
01
Guarantee outcomes we do not control
Licences, political timelines and counterparties move. We model risk; we do not sell certainty.
-
02
Front a narrative that fieldwork cannot support
If the evidence is thin, we say so. Optimism is a client choice; our job is to keep it informed.
-
03
Blur the line between advisory and advocacy
We advise. We do not lobby under the cover of research, and we do not ghost-write diligence for hire without disclosure of method.
