Capability 06
Trade & Supply Chain
International trade, import and export of general goods, supply chain management, procurement agency and commodity distribution — framed for operators who need the corridor to work, not only the contract to exist.
Typical questions
- Where does landed cost actually break — duty, FX, demurrage, or the last mile?
- Is this distributor a route to market, or a tollbooth with a warehouse?
- Which procurement steps can be agency-supported, and which must stay inside the buyer’s own controls?
What you receive
A trade and logistics reading: channel map, cost stack, and counterparties to diligence before volume is committed. Where we act as a procurement or distribution agent, the mandate, fee basis and conflict rules are written before work starts.
Boundaries
We do not clear customs as a licensed broker unless a separate, lawful arrangement says so. Restricted goods, sanctions screening and regulated commodities follow the client’s compliance process and local law.
