A coordination brief: work-breakdown clarity, interface risks, and a meeting/reporting cadence that project sponsors can actually run. We advise and coordinate; we do not replace the licensed engineer of record or the construction contractor.

Boundaries

We are not a design firm, quantity surveyor or building contractor. Where stamps, drawings or statutory approvals are required, those stay with the appropriate professionals.
